3.1 Eligibility

1. Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years or older and reside in Australia.

3.2 Subscription Plans

1. (a) Doggo Club may offer one or more subscription plans, each with different features, benefits, pricing, and billing cycles. Full details of currently available plans, including applicable fees and any minimum term commitments, are displayed at the point of subscription and/or on the Doggo Club Website.
2. (b) Some subscription plans may have a minimum commitment period (for example, a 3-month minimum term for certain monthly plans). If a minimum term applies to your selected plan, this will be clearly disclosed at the point of subscription. You may cancel at any time, but your cancellation will take effect at the end of the applicable minimum term.

3.3 Payment and Renewal

1. (a) Doggo Club subscription payments are processed through a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe). By subscribing, you authorise Doggo and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the applicable subscription fees and billing cycle.
2. (b) Payment processing is subject to the terms, policies, and security measures of the payment provider. Doggo is not responsible for any payment errors, delays, or service interruptions caused by the payment provider.
3. (c) Membership fees are charged monthly via direct debit, corresponding to the selected subscription tier.
4. (d) By subscribing, you authorise Doggo to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
5. (e) Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
6. (f) All fees are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

3.4 Cancellation

1. (a) Subject to clause 3.2(b), you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
2. (b) Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Doggo Club benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
3. (c) Cancellation or termination of your Doggo Club subscription does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. (d) If you cancel a subscription plan that includes a minimum commitment period, you remain liable to pay any outstanding fees for the remainder of that minimum term.

3.5 Changes to Plans and Features

The features, benefits, pricing, and availability of Doggo Club subscription plans may change from time to time. Any such changes will be communicated via the Doggo Club Website and/or at the point of renewal. By continuing your subscription after such changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated offering as displayed at that time.

4.1 Nature of Benefits

Doggo Club provides members with access to exclusive partner offers, discounts, and promotions via Doggo’s partner network. Availability may vary by subscription tier and location.

4.2 Third-Party Partners

1. (a) Offers are provided by independent third-party Partners and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.
2. (b) Doggo does not guarantee the availability, quality, or fulfillment of Partner offers and is not responsible for any issues relating to Partner services.

4.3 Redemption of Offers

1. (a) Offers can be redeemed through the Doggo Club Website or via the Partner's website using an automated link or access code.
2. (b) Specific redemption instructions will be provided with each offer.

4.4 Changes to Benefits

Doggo may modify, update, suspend, or withdraw any Partner offer or benefit at any time without prior notice.

4.5 Updates to Benefits

Doggo may update, vary, or discontinue benefits, promotions, or offers available under Doggo Club at any time. The availability of specific offers is not guaranteed and may change based on Partner participation or subscription tier.

1. (a) Your use of Doggo Club is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
2. (b) By subscribing, you consent to receiving marketing and promotional communications related to Doggo Club, which you may opt out of at any time.
3. (c) By subscribing, you also consent to Doggo sharing your personal data with third-party Partners and service providers for the purpose of delivering Doggo Club benefits (subject to our Privacy Policy), including processing redemptions, providing access to offers, and facilitating customer support.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Doggo Club Website, and continued use of Doggo Club constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
